Is my online order secure?

Yes, your online order is completely secure. All data sent from your web browser to our secure server is encrypted with 128-bit SSL encryption. The strength of the encryption is virtually impossible to intercept and descramble.

We ask that all orders be checked thoroughly and immediately upon delivery. After 5 BUSINESS DAYS we can no longer file a claim with our carriers and can not, as a result, be responsible for replacing or reimbursing your purchase if damages are not reported within 5 days.

Cancellation Policy

50% payment is required to confirm an order with Niche Modern. Balance is due upon shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: If a customer wishes to cancel a confirmed order after submitting 50% payment, the deposit will NOT be refunded.

Returns on orders which have been paid in full and shipped are allowed under extreme cases. The customer is responsible for return shipping, which must be fully insured in order to receive a refund. The refund is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
