The Niche warranty is 24 months with the understanding that the guarantee does not cover consumables such as lightbulbs. We ask that you inspect all fixtures upon arrival and report any glass breakage or problems within five days of delivery confirmation. Any shipping damage or loss must be reported with the claimed tracking number and photo documentation. The warranty does not cover any breakage during installation or cleaning. Niche products are handcrafted.
