What Happens If I Receive Damaged Glass?

All of our glass is handmade to order specifically for you! Since we do not carry a large stock of any of our products, we typically discourage returns. However, reach out to us and we will treat each return on a case-by-case basis. Often times returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee as well as the cost of return shipping. We are unable to accept returns on custom modifications, such as custom colors, track connectors, or on any special order item.


Damaged Glass


We gladly ship with UPS Ground Service and have an excellent shipping track record. However, in case of breakage or damaged glass during transit, all orders are insured. We will be happy to replace your order in full if the damage is reported within 5 business days of receipt. To place a claim for shipping damages or breakage, please email info@nichemodern.com and include the tracking number, photo documentation of the damage, and your contact information. Do not discard damaged fixtures unless expressly told to do so by Niche.
