Designed by Susan Marinello Interiors, this Dutch Colonial home overlooking Lake Washington in Yarrow Point perfectly reflects the firm's design philosophy. Marinello and her team continually try to find and create a cohesive marriage between architecture and interior while respecting location, sense of place, and natural views. This project is no different, featuring a neutral palette that draws inspiration from Seattle's sky and water. Niche's modern kitchen island lighting is incorporated into this classic space, adding to the fresh and natural aesthetic.

A trio of Niche's Bella pendants in Effervescent glass hang above the kitchen island. Perfect for environments where repetition is appropriate for high impact, our Bella pendants act as the centerpiece in this custom kitchen. The translucence of our textured glass is the perfect complement to the kitchen's white interior, matching the cabinetry with glass fronts, backsplash, and farmhouse sink.

The stainless steel appliances, black granite countertops, and dark-stained oak floors bring a sophisticated contrast to the monochromatic palette. Our Black Cord Sets and Black Ceiling Canopies also add a nice balance to the otherwise white interior. You can read more about this beautiful remodel in Traditional Home.
