The latest issue of Gray Magazine recently hit stands, and we couldn't be more excited to see our modern pendant lights prominently displayed in one of their feature articles. The six-page spread showcases a Japanese fan-shaped beachside house in Victoria, British Columbia by Jenny Martin Designs, with industrial-inspired aesthetics and rustic influences drawn from the surrounding location. The result is a stunning contemporary haven with 360-degree views of Cadboro Bay.

The homeowners love to entertain, so Martin planned the kitchen with professional fixtures and plenty of space for prep and gatherings. The open-plan area is illuminated by a mix Niche's modern kitchen pendant lighting. Our Pharos and Minaret pendants in Smoke glass hang from 20-foot-high ceilings above the kitchen island, adding to the neutral interior.

The Smoke glass color complements the concrete floors in the adjoining living room as well as the rich wood grains in the kitchen. Thesubtle olive huealso helps tie together the beach-inspired tones found throughout the space, creating a cohesive natural palette reminiscent of the Canadian beaches bordering this beautiful property.
