Here at Niche Modern we're literally climbing into the trenches each day as we make major progress on the new glass studio. Today the crew made some final preparations before the actual cutting of old concrete and digging of trenches begins.

Once the trenches are completely dug out, gas and electric lines, floor drains and water pipes will be organized within them. In 2 more weeks this complex universe will be covered up neatly by a freshly poured concrete floor. We're so excited for that part!
