In September, we asked for your help to vote for a residence designed by Nam Dang-Mitchell, which was nominated for House & Home's 2017 Home of the Year. The classic Georgian house in Calgary’s Mount Royal neighborhood features Niche kitchen pendant lights and perfectly blends traditional and new design. The votes have finally been counted, and we are thrilled to share that Nam Dang-Mitchell's Canadian residence has been chosen as the Home of the Year. We couldn't be more excited for her; she has seamlessly implemented Niche products into her work time and time again. We would like to thank the talented designer for choosing Niche, as well as all of you for casting your votes and supporting both Niche's and Dang Mitchell's vision.

Inside this family home inspired by historic London flats and Parisian townhouses, a trio of Oculo pendants in Crystal glass hangs above the kitchen island. The Oculo modern pendant light gracefully embodies the luxury and timelessness of hand-blown glass while designed to be distinctively contemporary in shape. Niche's classic Crystal glass complements the white cabinetry and marble countertops while standing out against dark-stained walnut accents. Take a full tour of the house here.
