Located in Soho, New York, the multi-residence known 25 Mercer offers five exclusive units, ranging from a townhouse, to lofts, to a penthouse. Designed by Fogarty Finger Architect, this cast iron building in the heart of Manhattan features a refined yet luxurious aesthetic, which helped it to be named Interior Design’s Best of Year winner for model apartment. And if praise from such a distinguished publication wasn't enough, the building also found a spot on Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing.

The Townhouse boasts two private roof terraces and a beautiful courtyard off of the kitchen, which features four Stamen pendants in Crystal glass. Hanging above the island from 12-foot ceilings, Niche's hand-blown lights add a level of elegance to the sophisticated and modern design. The timelessness of the Crystal glass complements the bright interior while standing out against a backdrop of oak cabinetry.

The duplex-penthouse, which includes a private rooftop with panoramic views of downtown New York City, also features Crystal Stamen pendants. Equipped with North, East, and West facing windows, the open spaces in the penthouse fill with an abundance of natural light. The clear glass pendants add warm, supplemental light to the space, which is often used for entertaining guests.
