Shipping Damages & Claims

Any damages that occurred during shipping must be reported within 5 calendar days of delivery for a proper replacement or credit.

Please notify us immediately at sales@nichemodern.com with your Order #, Tracking # and any other details so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Each carrier has time limits imposed between the shipment arrival and when the claim is filed, so in order to meet their requirements, we must report the claim as soon as possible or the claim will be rejected.
