The floors were sealed last week at the new Niche Modern Cold Shop. I just barely stopped Bruno from running across them and immortalizing his dirty little paws! These are these calm waters just before the first plunge as we get ready now to move our equipment and settle into the new space. Jan, our neighbor at Metconix, fabricated 2 new stainless sinks for us and they look amazing. The space is really coming together!
