The week is over and the first pour of concrete for the future cold shop and hot shop at the Niche Modern glass studio is complete. At certain times of day, even up close, the concrete looks like water and you could almost imagine diving in. It will take a while to "cure" before heavy machinery is safe to drive on the floor but by next week Hal's team will begin framing some walls. We're on our way!
