Set in downtown New York City, the detectives play it cool in this upscale residence, assuring the mob leader of their commitment to adopting a healthy boy. Unbeknownst to the mob leader, portrayed by Pasha Lychinkoff, the detectives have devised a surreptitious plan to end his deception and violence against vulnerable women and families.
