Multiple Niche Modern Pendants Found in East Hampton Home

Michael Haverland transformed a house on 20 acres in East Hampton into a modern getaway that includes eight bedrooms, a large loft-like living and dining area, two family rooms, a screening room, gym, 25-meter pool, pool house, spa, and tennis court. Every decision involved in the design process was inspired by the direct relationship between the house and the landscape. The uniquely curated details in each room provide warmth and richness, like Niche modern pendants found throughout the 10,000 square foot property.

Niche Terra pendants in Amber glass hang around the kitchen island. The yellow hue of our handmade pendants complements the beige tones present throughout the space, especially in the travertine floors and seashell and mother pearl cabinet fronts. Inspired by the beautiful beaches in the Hamptons, this interior reflects the nature that surrounds the residence.

Stargazer pendants in Amber glass are also incorporated in this project, hanging in a straight line in the guest bedroom hallway and welcoming visitors to their suites as if they were home.

Our Pharos pendants in Plum glass hang in the master bathroom. The rich hue of the pendants complements the warm mahogany of the wide-plank walls and the custom tile pattern that borders the vanity.

"We chose Niche because their shapes are classic yet contemporary and their color range terrific," says James Nelson, a member of Michael Haverland's team. "The light is warm and soothing."
