The international advertising and communications firm Havas Worldwide teamed up with TPG Architecture for more than two years to design an appropriate space in Manhattan to house the company's creative staff. The seven floors on Hudson Street seamlessly reflect Havas' branding and needs. This progressive workplace has office areas, meeting rooms, an innovation laboratory, world-class production facility, screening room, and cafe. Inside this 206,000 square foot office, Niche modern office pendant lighting adorn the break room, creating an environment that is both comfortable and conducive to productivity.

A linear grouping of seven Terra modern pendant lights in an array of colors hangs above the communal break room table, which also functions as a chalk board to help facilitate the staff's ever-changing creative process. The various bold glass colors of our handmade pendants bring personality to the space, complementing the playful furniture and bright accents featured throughout the interior. While the overall design embraces the industrial origins of the architecture by exposing the bones of the building, Niche pendant lights make for a stylish yet functional addition.
