Carlton Graham, Laguna Beach-based architect and founder of Graham Architecture, often explores the relationship between the dwelling and the landscape in his work, and that is certainly the case in this Newport Beach home. Graham's firm, which provides full-service architecture, interior design, and construction management services, strives to create buildings that remain timeless while having a positive effect on the lives of those who inhabit them. The addition of Niche's modern kitchen island lighting in this Bay House is the perfect way to do just that.

Five of Niche's Pod pendants in Crystal glass hang above the kitchen island. Our signature Crystal glass adds a touch of elegance to the warm interior and complements the brown and beige tones found throughout the serene space. Our pendants also bring balance to the natural light flooding in from the large windows, which help to frame the breathtaking view of the bay and blend the indoors and outdoors with natural elements.

Our Pod pendants hang from Niche's Linear 5 Modern Chandelier, which easily combines five pendants with a single electrical junction box, making for easy installation. Our modern pendant lights also hang from varying drop lengths, creating a unique installation that commands the attention of everyone in the room. Choose from several of our signature silhouettes, glass colors, and metal canopy finishes to design a customizable display for your personal space.
