Kitchen Island Lighting Spotted Inside Corona Del Mar Residence

Written by Samantha | 3/31/17 6:38 PM

Chelsea Mayo of Chelsea Lauren Interiors took on this project for a young, professional couple residing in Corona Del Mar, California. When they originally approached the passionate designer, they only wanted minimal work done in their home, but soon decided it would be best to have a complete kitchen, living room, and dining room remodel. Mayo entirely transformed their space for the better by removing the dark granite countertops and peeling back brown paint to lighten up the home. The kitchen is now a simple yet sophisticated white with bold blues featured throughout the conjoining rooms.

In the newly renovated kitchen, a trio of Niche Solitaire pendants in Gray glass adorns the island. This signature silhouette hangs from a Linear-3 Modern Chandelier in a Matte Black metal finish. Our classic Gray glass complements the cool tones featured throughout the interior. The Linear-3 Modern Chandelier allows you to easily combine any three light fixtures with a single electrical junction box. The color, shape and drop length are up to you, making each kitchen island lighting installation unique. You can view our entire Multi-Pendant Canopy collection to see what suits your space best.

When asked why she chose Niche pendants, Mayo replied: "Other than that they are beautiful, the smokey colored glasses worked perfect with the black hardware we used in the kitchen. Their ceiling also presented a challenge when it came to choosing a fixture. They only had one beam to place the fixture on. The Niche Modern Chandelier was perfect, because it allowed us to have three separate pendants coming from a single canopy." Follow Chelsea Lauren Interiors on Instagram to see more stunning work!
