Columbia County Prefab in Upstate New York Features Hand-Crafted Pendant Lights

Designed by Dowling Studios and Lindal Cedar Homes, this single-floor, 2,230-square-foot oasis features interior spaces that are organized around an open living area with views of a stunning upstate New York landscape. We're thrilled that two of our best-selling pendants were used to transform this cozy Columbia County prefab into a cozy retreat.

A trio of Solitaire pendants in Smoke glass hangs above the eat-in kitchen island. The Edison bulb at the center of the signature Solitaire pendant and the cylindrical shape of the glass body harmonize to accentuate enduring quality and beauty in this space. The warm, olive hue of our glass complements the rich wood ceiling from which the pendants hang as well as the natural landscape sen beyond the floor-to-ceiling windows. The dark blue cabinetry is a nice addition that appears throughout the adjoining rooms.

In the dining area, a uniform arrangement of Aurora pendants in Gray glass hangs from a Linear-5 Modern Chandelier. Conjuring the awe of the Northern Lights, the Aurora pendant’s distinctive shape captures the craftsmanship and artistry of blown glass. The distinctive hand-crafted tuck creates a statement in this minimalist home. The neutral color of our pristine Gray glass complements the light wood table, mid-century modern chairs, and the cement flooring, while the Linear Chandelier's black canopy adds a bold contrast.
