Interior designer Nam Dang-Mitchell picked the perfect statement pieces for this kitchen in Canada. The owners love to cook, so Dang-Mitchell needed something to reside at the center of all the action. She landed on a custom stainless steel hood fan. It's an industrial piece decorated with dozens of rivets and hangs above the complementary stainless steel stove.
Above the kitchen island, three of Niche's Pod pendant lights in Gray glass play off of the interior's stainless steel fixtures. The kitchen island pendant lighting add an organic detail to the otherwise utilitarian feel of the kitchen. Blonde kitchen cabinetry creates an overall warmth to the kitchen as one of the designer's goals was to make the kitchen welcoming and the "heart of the home."
