Happy New Year!! We're very delighted to be able to spotlight this awesome restaurant project in England. Conceived by British chef Jamie Oliver, at the three locations, two in England, one in Amsterdam, young chef's are offered apprenticeships to learn about working in the restaurant business while providing creative, delicious dishes to their customers.
