Buyer may purchase select Niche Solitaire Chandelier at $1,000 off the original retail price. Final price will be reflected in cart. A FREE handmade glass votive will automatically be added to your order.
Handmade glass votives will be selected at random. You can not request or exchange specific shapes and/or colors.
For all purchases made outside of the Continental US, all items will be shipped out to the buyer’s location at his or her expense. Buyer is responsible for any customs and duties charges.
This Solitaire Chandelier Sale is open to all interested parties from Friday, October 8, 2021, through Friday, October 22, 2021. The sale will conclude on Friday, October 22, 11:59 PM EST.

Niche does not bear any responsibility whatsoever for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind that result from acceptance, possession, or use of any product sold to the buyer. Niche will not assume liability for lost, late, damaged, incomplete, or misdirected survey submissions whether due to technical or computer malfunctions, human error, lost/delayed/garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or otherwise. Niche does not assume liability for technical or computer malfunctions of any kind, failures of any telephone computer line or network, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof. Entry data that have been tampered with or altered are void. Niche reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the sale at any time.
By entering, customers release and hold harmless Niche and its directors, employees, and agents, from any and all liability, injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any product or incurred with respect to the sale, acceptance, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any product and acknowledge that the company is not liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any product, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.
Customers hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages including attorneys’ fees, as well as, waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of customers in connection with this sale, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of New York, USA without regard to New York choice of law rules.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We gladly ship with UPS Ground Service and have an excellent shipping track record, but in case of breakage or damage during transit, all orders are insured and we will be happy to replace your modern lighting order in full if the damage is reported within 5 business days of receipt. Upon receipt, please be sure to inspect your modern lighting package for any missing items or damages!
All shipments require a signature for delivery. We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. New York State residents will be charged an additional 8.325% for New York State taxes. Overnight or Express shipping is available upon request at an additional charge.
Please double check your shipping address and notify us if any changes need to be made. Any address changes made after shipping will result in a $15 change fee per box.
International orders for Niche lighting ship with UPS Worldwide Expedited Service.
Any and all duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods. For information regarding duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office. Niche does not ship to APO/AP addresses.
SHIPPING TO CANADA
We ship UPS Standard to Canada unless Worldwide Expedited is requested. Standard does not include brokerage or any taxes/duties. Worldwide Expedited covers brokerage fees but does not include any taxes/duties. Shipping prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Please allow approximately 5-8 business days from the date your order was shipped for arrival.
Overnight or Express shipping is available upon request at an additional charge, but delivery time frames are subject to delays in customs.
Any damages that occurred during shipping must be reported within 5 business days of delivery for a proper replacement or credit. Please notify us immediately at email@example.com with your Order Number, Tracking Number, and any other details so we can file a claim. Each carrier has time limits imposed between the shipment arrival and when the claim is filed, so in order to meet their requirements, we must report the claim as soon as possible or the claim will be rejected.
Since the majority of our modern lighting is made to order, we generally aren’t a “return friendly” company. But we understand that stuff happens! If approved, we will offer a refund on unused merchandise minus a 25% restocking fee, excluding any shipping and handling costs. We are unable to accept returns on custom modifications, such as custom colors, track connectors, or on any special order item (any item or style not listed on our website).
At our discretion, any discounts or free shipping applied to your original modern lighting order may be deducted from your return credit, with a minimum deduction of $10 (so, for example, if we provided free shipping on your order and you returned some items, we would issue a credit to you for the price you paid for the returned merchandise, but we would deduct the greater of what we actually paid in shipping or $10.00).
All items eligible for return must have an authorized RMA number. Returns must be received within 10 calendar days of our RMA date. Items must be received in new condition and original packaging. Due to their fragile nature, light bulbs are not returnable for refund.
To request a return please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to include a description of the items you would like to return, the original order number and the reason for return in your message. We cannot accept returns without an RMA, so be sure to contact us before sending anything back.
CHANGING OR CANCELING AN ORDER
If you wish to change or cancel your modern lighting order please contact us ASAP. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled.
