Winner will receive one (1) pendant light of their choice, excluding Encalmo Stamen, Terra, Coolhaus, and Schoolhaus pendants in the standard glass color of their choice. The winner’s prize will be shipped to the winner’s location free of charge with UPS Ground Service. The sponsor will contact the winner for their mailing address via email.
The drawing is open to all participants who successfully entered the giveaway. The drawing and announcement of the winner will be made on March 24, 2017 at 4:00 PM EST. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery after confirmation of glass color and shape.

By entering, customers release and hold harmless Niche Modern and its directors, employees, and agents, from any and all liability, injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any product or incurred with respect to the sale, acceptance, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any product and acknowledge that the company is not liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any product, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.
Customers hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than the customer’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this sale), and customers further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of customers in connection with this Sale, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of New York, USA without regard to New York choice of law rules.
