cold shop assistant

FULL TIME POSITION

This position is for someone looking to immerse themselves into the manufacturing of handmade glass pendant lighting. No previous glass or cold shop experienced is needed, this is a trained position. You will learn what it takes to make a finished piece of glass lighting through the use of sanding, buffing, and drilling on water-based equipment. We are looking for a team player who is self-motivated and takes their role seriously and responsibly. The ability to work in team environment and taking direction from the cold shop manager is an important trait for this position.

Cold Shop

Learning operational safety/rules with various cold working equipment and machinery
Maintaining a clean and organized work space
Some data entry required
Helping out as needed in warehouse

ENTRY LEVEL COLD / hot SHOP POSITION

FULL TIME POSITION

This position is for someone looking to immerse themselves into manufacturing of handmade glass pendant lighting and will involve both hot shop and cold shop duties. No previous glass working experience is needed, this is a trained position. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter and is able to work well with others in a team environment and production structure.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Hot Shop

Assisting the team during production
General hot shop cleaning
Some data entry required

Cold Shop

Working with various cold working equipment and machinery
Some data entry required
