Niche's modern lighting shipping and delivery policy vary based on your location. We gladly ship with UPS Ground Service and have an excellent shipping track record, but in case of breakage or damage during transit, all orders are insured and we will be happy to replace your order in full if the damage is reported within 5 business days of receipt. Upon receipt, please be sure to inspect your modern lighting package for any missing items or damages! Learn more about what to do in case of breakage or damaged glass during transit. All shipments require a signature for delivery. We cannot deliver to a P.O.Box. Overnight or Express shipping is available upon request at an additional charge.

United States Shipping Services

We ship exclusively with UPS, however, we are open to you arranging your own 3^rd party pick-up (subject to a fee). Please double check your shipping address and notify us if any changes need to be made. Any address changes made after shipping will result in a $15 change fee per box. New York State residents will be charged an additional 8.325% for New York State taxes.

International Orders

We ship through UPS and UPS International. International modern lighting orders ship with UPS Worldwide Expedited Service. Most shipments are delivered within 7-10 business days. Please call TOLL FREE 866.299.7105 for ALL international orders if you would like to know your shipping charges prior to placing an order. Otherwise, we will email you with the shipping charges shortly after your order has been processed.

Shipping to Canada

We ship UPS Standard to Canada unless Worldwide Expedited is requested. Standard does not include brokerage or any taxes/duties. Worldwide Expedited covers brokerage fees but does not include any taxes/duties. Shipping prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Please allow approximately 5-8 business days from the date your order was shipped for arrival. Overnight or Express shipping is available upon request at an additional charge, but delivery time frames are subject to delays in customs.
