Where are your lights made?
Most of our line is hand blown in the state of New York with extreme attention to detail and quality standards. No two fixtures are the same because they’re individually crafted. There will generally be some slight variation in color, shape and size between our pendants, though we aim for consistency and accuracy with all orders.
Do you stock the light fixtures?
We have certain shapes and colors on hand at different times depending on our blowing schedule.
You can always contact us to confirm lead time. If an item is not in stock, general lead time is 4-6 weeks. Larger orders can take longer.

Do you work directly with the trade?
Yes. We are happy to extend our trade discount and supply quotes/sales orders if you contact us directly with a request.
We do offer deeper discounts for large quantity orders.
Do you accept custom orders?
We are happy to work with you on custom ideas, though we are limited to diameters of approximately 14” max on any glass piece.
Custom orders are subject to additional costs and longer lead times. We encourage you to contact us with your ideas; it’s an exciting aspect of what we are able to do and we enjoy the process of collaborating.
For larger orders, we generally can use custom colors, although if the color you are seeking is not one of our standard colors, there may be a prototyping fee to establish the correct density of color before proceeding with the order in general.

If you are interested in one of our standard colors but don’t see an image in the shape you are interested in, we can generally blow this to order.
Are the lights UL Listed?
Each of our pendants is supplied with electrical components which have been fabricated in accordance with UL regulations.
*None of our lights are UL Listed for OUTDOOR or DAMP LOCATION use – though we are able to supply the glass shades separately for these installations.
How do I clean the glass lights?
We recommend cleaning the glass light with normal glass cleaner and a very soft cloth.
