Kitchen Island Pendant Lighting in LEED-Certified Home

When LDa Architecture & Interiors Principal Treff LaFleche was presented with the opportunity to renovate and expand his own home, he made the commitment to design and construct the home with the goal of obtaining LEED for Homes Certification. We are always especially honored when our work is used in an LEED-certified environment (green building certified), and this is one of those examples. The updated designs create a fresh atmosphere while preserving the valuable original exterior and interior architectural fabric of this 1906 Victorian home.

A trio of Pharos pendants in Smoke glass adorn the kitchen island. Our signature Smoke glass complements the interior's wood cabinetry, neutral backsplash, and marble countertop over which the pendants hang. One of the very first designs in Niche's modern lighting line, the Pharos looks fabulous in clusters or in lines of multiples over a restaurant bar or kitchen counter, as seen here. For an easier way to hang multiple pendant lights in a line, try using one of our Linear Modern Chandeliers
