We're visiting London this week and the rumors are true: the food is amazing all around. We dug in at Pollen Street Social yesterday and were completely enchanted by the warm, minimal interior where 25 (!!) Clear Niche Modern Solitaires are featured in the dining room. Both the service and the meal were absolutely incredible as well. I had a dish with tender Jerusalem artichokes, spiced aubergine and roasted ceps. I won't even get into dessert for fear of drooling on my laptop...We were truly honored to see our work at this magnificent restaurant.
