Cozy Logan Circle Condo Makeover Includes Modern Bar Pendant Lighting

When Alex Wagner moved into his 800-square-foot condo in the Logan Circle neighborhood of Washington D.C., he tried to do too much in the small space. After several failed attempts at decorating, he realized he needed the help of professionals to design the interior he was envisioning. Kiera Kushan and Jessica Centella of Residents Understood took on the responsibility of transforming Alex's ideal home, and the result is a stunning reflection of his personality.

To free up space, the designers eliminated the dining room table. Alex realized that he rarely enjoys sit-down dinners; rather, he usually entertains friends for a pre-dinner cocktail party before heading to one of the many popular restaurants along his street. Without a formal place to eat in the condo, Kushan and Centella extended a kitchen counter into a bar, adding a casual dining area for Alex and his friends on nights when they decide to order in food. This renovation perfectly accommodates Alex's routine and offers more room in the cozy condo.

Modern Bar Pendant Lighting Close Up

Modern bar pendant lighting adorns the eat-in area of the kitchen. A trio of Niche Binary pendants in Crystal glass provides a warm and inviting atmosphere with the use of two incandescent bulbs. Our luxurious Crystal glass adds a classic touch and complements the Silestone quartz countertop over which they hang.
