Artist Melissa McGill Releases Constellation Book

By now, you're probably familiar with public art installation Constellation that opened earlier this summer. Artist Melissa McGill created a "constellation" over the ruins of the Bannerman Castle where each "star," a glass orb made by Niche, fills in the missing points of the decrepit castle at sunset every night. Throughout the summer since the project launched, boat tours have been cruising along the Hudson River from Beacon to see the mysterious castle and art installation up close.

Melissa McGill is excited to announce the release of the Constellation book available for pre-order now! The 96-page book is full of both color and black & white images and features contributions by Sam Anderson (New York Times writer), Tracy K. Smith (Pulitzer Prize Winner), and additional writers, poets and artists, Joe Baker, Richard Blanco, Hadrien Coumans, Edwin Torres, and Jeffrey Yang. Want a copy? Head to Amazon and place an order!
