Buyer will purchase any three Pendant Lights, excluding Encalmo Stamen and Terra pendants, by adding to shopping cart. Upon checkout buyer must enter discount code to redeem one free pendant. Free pendant will be equal or lesser in value to other two pendants in shopping cart. All pendants will be shipped out to the buyer’s location at his or her expense. Buyer is responsible for any customs and duties charges.
The sale is open to any and all interested parties and on new orders placed during the period of this sale. Not applicable for orders previously placed. This sale is valid from Friday, November 27th through Monday, November 30th, 2015. The sale will conclude on Monday, November 30th, 2015 11:59PM EST.

Customers hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than the customer’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this sale), and customers further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of customers in connection with this Sale, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of New York, USA without regard to New York choice of law rules.
